Today marks 3 straight years on MFP and two successful years of maintenance of my 80 pound loss. Today i'm going to freaking celebrate and you know how? By committing to another 3 years of maintenance....5 years....10 years....20 years...because getting real with myself, learning how to live a healthy lifestyle, losing the weight and making myself the 1st priority in my own life was the best thing I ever did and I deserve to feel this way for the rest of my life. Thank you to all my amazing MFP friends for continuing to keep me motivated everyday.

    You look amazing! This is JUST the inspiration I needed. Naturally I carry a lot of fat on my upper arms and I always notice how others who have fat there don't seem to lose as much even when they lose tons of weight. Your arms look awesome! Nice to know it is possible :)
