A day late, but that's okay since I'm the same weight as yesterday. I logged every single day this week and nailed my weekly calorie goal. Exercise is still flaky, but I did go roller skating for the first time in 20 years yesterday. So fun, but my everything hurts today.

Haven't seen onederland since before having kids, but I'm determined to get there before a family wedding in October.

07-10-2017 198.4 Hopefully this will stick. I'm at 196.7 today, two days later....
07-17-2017 197.5 Two weekly weigh-ins in a row in onderland! We can do this!
If I can do this YOU can do this. I have been 210-230 pounds for over 20 years with one dip for about 6 months where I got down to about 190. Then I made some bad choices by giving work control of my life and bounded right back up. I'm too old for that *kitten* now so I'm back in command. I understand the difficulties of working and raising a family. But now that the kids are adults I have no excuses for not taking care of me. Age is not an excuse for not being successful with weight loss. I may have a few less muscles driving a slightly slower metabolism, but what a great justification for strength building. It actually feels good to be in control of something!

My first goal is to be under 200 by September. I've been walking a couple times a week and bicycling too. Watching my calories and logging in MFP has been a great help. Keeping me accountable! Let's do this!3 -

I bounced around 200 for about a month. Today's weight is 195.5. My weight is still bouncing up and down but I have not seen a 2## since July 6. It may take a while to settle into your 100s. Don't let that bother you.2 -

212 again. My trend line is getting closer to onederland, so I'm going to stick with that. Logged everyday this week and was right on target for weekly calories. I've been doing better with my exercise as well.

Started at 240 at the beginning of 2016. Now I'm at 210.
10 more lbs to onederland!
Good luck and/or congrats to everyone!
*It's all diet and I'm not consistently consistent hence slow loss. Minimal regains though (never more than 5lbs) so I'm really ok with it all.1 -

Okay under again two more weeks for my summer weight loss group and would like to be under 200 on their scale by then. We weigh in the evening with clothes so it is usually about 3 pounds higher than home scale.3 -

I stayed under 2 weeks in a row! I lost a little more than I was expecting to get under 200, so I was nervous that I might have gone above this week. I'm glad that didn't happen. As long as I keep my current trend I will continue to be very happy.3 -
