Carbs and setting macro goals

My carbs are set at 40% which is 130g.
I just noticed todays carbs say goal: 156g.
I'm assuming the number is going up based on the percentage since my total calories increased due to exercise input?
How do I keep the carbs around 130g even on exercise days?

Just eat the 130 grams of carbs and eat more fat/protein for your exercise calories1

You can do that with premium, but not on free.0

At 130 grams of carbs it doesn't sound like you are doing Low Carb, so why not eat more as you earn calories from exercise?0

Not low carb, but I would like to stay under 130g.
So there's no way to set that, I'll try to keep, them around there and ignore hat it says I have left?0
