    Why is it funny? Someone's asking for diet advice in a different way.

    Because a particular type of exercise or diet doesn't turn one in to a model. For one: If you haven't got the build then you're screwed, no matter how many marathons you run or squats you perform.

    If you have weight to lose then you'll need to eat at a reasonable deficit and strength training is important regardless of your current weight- you're not going to get the results that I'm assuming you want without it.

    In all seriousness, a lot of it has to do with genetics. You can train all you want but if you're short, like me, you'll never have a traditional model physique, although you could have a more petite version of it lol
