    Am 5,4 and it took 13 weeks, I ain't mainly a vegan diet and did cardio and weights

    Yeah It was hard work I cut all all processed food and just mainly ate vegan, I also did 1 hour cardio a day and weights x

    keep in mind that doing "survivor" diets for such long times isn't the best thing for your body

    I'm seriously inspired now, congrats on the achievement! Can I ask how many calories you stuck to per day? I'm the same weight as your starting weight and want to get to a similar end weight! :)

    My calories varied everyday between 1200 and 2000 I eat a lot of fruit and veg and then been so active I would always eat every 2-4 hours to keep metabolism burning x
