I'm almost 120 lbs down with a bit more to go. I'm coming up on one year on MFP and the longer I do this the more sure I am that even at goal weight, logging and tracking my food will be a part of my healthy lifestyle for a very long time. Feel free to add me!34 -

I started with at least 200lbs to lose. I'm at almost 50lbs gone. Slow and steady but here for the long haul!!!!20

About 116 to go- been down this road before when I lost 101 (obviously screwed up and gained it back), but I'm on a 86-day streak for logins here, 31 Lb down, serious as the heart attack I just missed...and don't like looking down my short MFP friends list and seeing a lot of "last login 4 months ago"'s.
I welcome new friends for this journey. I know the road we're on, though not well enough to be a tour guide...but I can sure recognize and point out a landmark or two.11 -

I have 100+ to lose, so I hear ya about being here a while. I've been on and off for a while, but always come back. The things that consistently have helped me in the past have been the support system here, the tracking, the fact you can find the answer to almost ANY health/diet/fitness issue. MFP is a fantastic resource. Add me if you would like to. I'm happy to have as many people as possible to do this journey with me.6

You can add me! I had my son in april and as of now i have around 70lbs to loose. Last week was my 1st week of getting serious about loosing the weight. As of today (fridays are my weight in) ive lost 4lbs (mostly water weight but its a start). I need all the motivation i can get!4

I also have a long way to go and a lifetime of not sticking to it. Right now, I don't think I can voice the end target lest it seem impossible. But I am 12 days here and I hope to be here tomorrow and so forth! I think I could/will need to lose 30 pounds before the end of December-I am shooting for Dec 17 as success day. If I can do that, then maybe I can begin the next 30 and have March as the month I eat birthday cake with the kid. Please feel welcome to call on me if I can encourage you.3
