10 By September 1st Challenge!

So, I've been pretty unmotivated in the eating properly and exercise department - but I've got my groove back. Anyone want to join me in a challenge?

I propose to lose 10 pounds by September 1st. That means 2 pounds per week for 5 weeks starting yesterday. It will be a challenge for sure - but I think I can do it.

My SW is 190. I'll weigh in again next Thursday!

    Count me in. It's going to be a stretch, but i'm willing to try. I'd be in a very happy place after only 10 more lbs! Let's do this thing.

    I would love to do this. I have removed my scale from use due to weighing myself several times a day. So I will update in a few days. SW182

    Sounds like a good challange to me..........big challange too as I am going out of town next week. My weight on Tuesday was 173.4. I weight in again on Tuesday..........and then when I get back from vacation I will be switching it to Friday
    This should be fun...........and help keep me on track

    Yes! count me in. My biggest challenge is exercise. I love this website. most comprehensive list of foods/calories ive seen. 10 by September 1!

    I'll join in!! I've got 11 pounds left to reach my original goal. This will help me make sure to make August count! I am currently at 156.

    I want to do this too. If I am able to accomplish this, I will be overweight and no longer OBESE. Cannot wait to call myself fat.

    Great idea, Heidi! I have 5 lbs. to lose to get to my goal weight....BUT, I've been thinking I might want to drop my goal weight by another 5 lbs! So, yeah....I'm in! I'll check back tomorrow!

    A challenge it shall but be but a challenge is just what I need! SW: 213.6 EW: 203.6 (oh if I could be under 200 by then but I will be by Oct!)

    I wish everyone a great - motivated day today! If you have troubles with food - just tell yourself, "I can do this today!" Drink lots of water! Eat an apple! You CAN do this!!!!
