Hopefully everything will be calmed down again until our trip planned in a couple of weeks. DH and I have installed a home gym and treadmill for our anniversary! NSV this week: DH asked if I wanted him to weigh my popcorn for me! He realized I need to weigh and track everything to stay focused. He also enjoyed the spaghetti squash marinara with shrimp for dinner yesterday.

Weekly Sucesses story time
A GAIN and my overall pounds lost is not greater than the weeks committed. I am NOT a happy camper. This is where we do not throw in the towel and say, "Oh *kitten* it!" but instead double down our focus for a week or two.
It was a challenging week for me. My boss of eleven years is leaving us today. I will miss her so. We are like minded about the job, the people we work with and the things we can control here (it's a very political job.) It has been so nice to spend so many years with a compatible person. Last week we have a big department in-office party, so there was the challenge of much food, and the emotions have been a wreck.
Then Saturday we had a baby shower for my DIL which involved social eating for the weekend.
The weather has been hot as Hades and humid to degrees that some of you encounter, but not for the months on end that us Floridians get to enjoy.
** Sigh ** All these reasons excuses.
It is not all negative. I did have a good week for steps; I was well over 10K per day average. I need to focus on getting to bed earlier, I am not making the 11:00 bedtime. C25K week 4 is done. I am keeping up with most of the challenge tasks.
Focus for the week upcoming- Focus on the meal plan fine details. Log everything.
- Water – Keep track
- Bed by 11 each weeknight
- C25K week 5
- 70,000+ steps for the week
- Ilvermorny & Hogwarts challenges
- Keep dry in Tropical Storm Emily.

This week's successes: That my gain was small. I couldn't go to pool because I got stitches. I didn't go to gym at all so a small gain is OK. Stitches out tomorrow, will get back to all my exercise with gusto!
