Vegetarian on em2 wl

Hello! Does anyone have advice on how to em2wl while being veggie? I do eat eggs and fish, but not every day.

EM2WL is just a philosophy, nothing to do with what you eat.0 -

EM2WL sounds like being told to lean into a left hook. Good for you in deciding to include eggs & fish in your diet. I have had good results by eating 3 balanced vegetarian meals a day and adopting a program of consistent exercise.
Pay close attention to your protein requirements because meeting them can be challenging.
