7/2: 197 No pounds lost but I can feel myself getting stronger, and for me that's half the battle won Unfortunately I didn't get to my goal weight, but I have high hopes for the next month.
July GW: 190lbs
7/10: 196.8 not much movement, but I'll keep pushing.
7/16: 197.8 wrong way
7/23: 194.4 yay! Don't know if I'll be able to reach my goal for yhe month, but I'm happy to see that eating my bmr(1520), getting in lots of steps per day (12k), and drinking about 80oz of water a day is working since last week.
7/31: 193.2 had a tough week, and bounced back up to 195 before I was able to get back on track. Hoping for a better August result

8/7: 189.4 I logged around 68,000 steps this month, and I've been trying really hard to drink at least 80 oz of water. Had chinese food yesterday, but I made sure to get vegetables and I split the meal into two.2 -

Its been a rough few weeks, first gaining a bit, then losing less then a 1/2 pound. In the past I would have called it quits and eaten my feelings in defeat, but not this time. This time I've got this.2 -
