.... I'll be away from my own scale during August but hopefully I'll be back in time for September. I know some of us have found this thread to be of some use so I didn't want you to miss out.
I'll be visiting family and I hope that I will still be able to maintain. I won't be looking forward to my first weigh-in when I get back.
Any who, whenever I get chance to connect to Wifi I'll be taking a sneaky peek.5 -
have fun and thanks for keeping this thread alive! Portion control is your friend.3

Struggles: not many. I did have Thai food on Sunday which bumped my number up due to sodium.
Successes: I had a great run yesterday and I started c210k for structure. I was good about my morning work outs.
Upcoming week plan: Continue C210k and follow the program. 3 treadmill runs, 3 outdoor runs and complete all challenges. Eating the meal plan and cutting out the snacks. Getting that last fluff off before my travels next week. Nose to the grindstone.
@fidangul have a great vacation! Thanks for setting this up.5 -

Success/struggles of the week: I have experienced some setbacks in my personal life and have not been tracking as faithfully as I'd like. My weight crept up to 138, which is not where I want to be. I've decided to lose 5 pounds, so my weight range falls between 133 and 135. Sometimes maintenance requires a reset!6 -
Not in maintenance yet but following this thread as it is so inspirational! Thank you to everyone for sharing.6

How I lost it: My story (PhotoBucket broke my pics. Still working on fixing this.)
How long in maintenance : I declared it at 140 in January 2016, but that was too high for a petite lady. Redeclared it 4/14/17.
Maintenance weight range: Would like to stay under 123 at morning weigh-in.
Ongoing struggle: I still need to learn to trust my body cues, be content with eating just enough, and stop asking food to be more than just fuel. Life after work is just filled with getting steps and eating food to fill my evening. Really need to make peace with having fewer cals to work with. Contentment and an attitude of gratitude (and maybe a hobby, like sign language) are the order of the day.
January avg weight: 126.8lbs
February avg weight: 126.1lbs
March avg weight: 124.6lbs
April avg weight: 122.9lbs
May avg weight: 123.4lbs
June avg weight: 122.6lbs
July avg weight: 122.3lbs
Week of...
28th July: 121.8lbs
4th August: 120.7lbs (Loss mainly reflects banking, so lower food intake means less glycogen and sodium water retention, and less waste.)
Successes of the week: Succeeding somewhat with dialing cals back without majorly upping activity level past 20K steps to help build a deficit, although getting down to 1200 cals gross only seems to work if I skip breakfast and morning snack. Seems like it is better to let sleeping stomachs lie! LOL
Challenges of the week:
Humidity and arthritis, procrastination of important things I need to deal with.2 -

Forget about the weigh-in. Just make as many good choices as you can and enjoy your family time.1 -

I know what you mean about faithful tracking. I keep sneaking in extra bites.
I hope the setbacks resolve positively and quickly, and that your weight settles back down as painlessly as possible! *hugs*

Struggles: I did not work out at al this weekend which I normally do at least one day.
Successes: I was good about my mornings and made all my week days and worked out well. I was within my calorie range at least 5 of the last 7. Even when I had ice cream yesterday!
Upcoming week plan: I leave tomorrow for my two week trip. I will try to work out when I can, eat well, when I can and have fun! I'll check in possibly by probably won't have access to a scale and at any rate, it won't be my scale.2 -

Success/struggles of the week:
Getting my steps in over the first week in August has been .... a challenge. A combination of gruesome British weather and a tardy OH. other commitments also impacted on my classes at the gym - only 2 Pilates classes, and one of them replaced my Body Pump class ( don't know what I've done to my shoulder!!).
Successes - despite eating Chinese food and in a restaurant twice since August 3rd, (a reunion and a birthday), my weight hasn't drifted too far. Only up a lb, and drinking plenty of water will resolve that.
The next few weeks will be more of a challenge - no access to scales and I'm on holiday - so wine, scones and ice cream will feature large in my logging.
Edited for typo9 -

Thank you @CoachJen71 - I'll do my very best!!1

My trend line finally got back to 155. It wasn't far above than before, but I was getting uncomfortable with the tiny 0.1 creeps (above and beyond normal fluctuations). We've had horrible ("dangerous") air quality for the past week due to a weather pattern that is bringing in the wildfire smoke from Canada. We are not supposed to exercise outdoors and some days even walking outside is challenging. We can't see the mountains. I've been able to maintain walking and my indoor workouts, some better than others depending how thick it is that day. This coming weekend we are going away for 5 days, so I must practice portion control with all the eating out. Any small gains during maintenance have been from increased eating out, I'm 100% convinced of that. We will have an in-room kitchen so that will help!

Successes- rested a little last week due to sore hamstrings. Wrapped em and iced em daily and cut off my intervals and did steady state in their place. Hamstrings are all better! Bought new sneakers too, which I actually think was the source of the problem in the first place.
Struggles- I've started to slowly begin to play fast and loose with my food choices, I've noticed. I've been trying to relax a little as I was super rigid and unrelenting and structured when I was losing weight, but I fear I'm taking it a little too far. Last week alone I had one day where I had three pieces of pizza, a few large cookies and a brownie and another day where I had a sandwich, lemon square, a brownie, and a flavored drink all from Starbucks. Went over my calories both days and pretty much ate freely. Luckily, id been under my weight range anyway, so all it did was put me back in my happy area, but I can't let that type of thing persist. Before I know it, I'll be back to having to lose weight again.4 -

We only eat out at supper time when on a trip, and not every night. I pre-weigh/portion and pack my regular food and/or bring my scale. You may recall from earlier this spring, but last time we were on a trip we rented an RV at a KOA that had a little kitchen. I bought a quiche and salad stuff at the local store for supper, and took a Halo Top to nephew's bday party. (Birthday cake flavor, of course!)2 -

Frosting is a weakness.
Same here! That's why I mix vanilla, potassium salt, and light margarine into my peanut butter and chocolate yogurts. When my nasal allergies are just right, they taste pretty frostingey.

Very nicely done, Margaret! You live in an amazingly beautiful place, but having seen Kodiak bears at a zoo, I would be scared to death to walk or hike out there!
Just so you know, this particular thread is a gathering spot for people in maintenance who like the continued accountability that many of us found in the weight loss forum. Please do absolutely feel free to join us here, but also know that there is extra support in the weight loss and motivation forums as well.1 -

Success/Struggles of the week
Struggles Sore knees! They have impacted on my running this week. I took part in an undulating (read unrelentingly hilly) Inter-Club Race on Thursday and pulled out at 2.9m - 1.8m from the finish. Stairs are currently not my friends! Additionally, getting ready for my camping holiday has meant I've only managed 1 of 2 Pilates classes, and NO strength training.
Successes My knees aren't sore when I walk, so I've maintained 10k+ daily steps and purposeful walking. I've eaten within 100cal of my target (in the red) each day .... and lost 0.2 lbs.5 -
I am overdue to check in. I'm at 134 right now, so just above goal range (128-133). Working on that ...1
