    @andreasoulcastle Don't give up! We can't give up! Move forward. If something isn't working try something else. Give your body time to react to these changes. Increase your water. Increase activity. Increase veggies. It's not...not going to work. Hang in there.

    Starting late - just got back from a three week holiday in Europe and saw a 2.5 gain on the scale, which is really not bad given the last few weeks

    August goal weight: 122
    Ultimate goal weight: 115-118
