Going to take advantage of rest day and also skip my regular workout for some restorative yoga. We're going camping this weekend out in no reception land so won't be able to check in but I WILL be keeping up with the daily workouts, even attempting them in some unique spots for an adventure.

Day 9 Squats and crunches done and I welcome the rest today with thanks. Although I have struggled to do these and have done them in stages it's been so worth it. Lost 5lbs since started - I can't believe it! Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated. Normally I would have given up by now! Thank you!4
