Hello I'm hoping joining the community can help me stay motivated. I'm down 5lbs in 2 weeks. I don't enjoy exercising so I've found that 20 minuets 3 times a day works for me. One round in the morning out of the bed, Second round the moment I kick off my heels from work and finally that last push at least three hours before bed. So the last two are pretty close. I also started adding a black seed oil supplement last week. Maybe it's me but this stuff is magic.

    Nice. The best time to exercise is when it is convenient and you are motivated. I have driven home too many times and when I am ready to make the turn for the gym, I don't feel like it and I keep going home.

    As I get older, I've found that community is way more important than being able to say "I did this all by myself."
