I work in Parks and Rec, I stay active during the day so yes it does help! I do enjoy it, there is no way I could be stuck inside all day.

Are you more of an Andy Dwyer or Ron Swanson?

Edit: oh yeah, do I enjoy it? I used to. If things go as planned I will love it again.

childrens Nurse. i did love it but not anymore, *kitten* hours always hinder my weight loss as i end up eating sweets and cake on a night shift, so i just left to spend more time with my family and i hope to retrain in fitness and nutrition to prevent disease rather than treat it.

I'm an x-ray tech. I love it!! When I'm busy it works with my goals, when I'm super slow, like right now, I guess it is ok....I end up walking in place while reading so I can at least get my steps in. We get free lunches sometimes, so I watch my portions, but then we also get free Starbucks, Sonic drinks, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, bundt cakes, donuts, bagels, etc....sooooo.....it really works out my will power more :D

What do y'all do for a living? Do you enjoy it? Does it help or hinder you in your weightloss goals and healthy choices?

I am a full time mother and an on call substitute teacher. I love both. And they both help get me up and moving around. Teaching means sitting down maybe once or twice and walking the Halls over and over.

    You look very familiar

Uh oh. Is that good or bad?

I'm a paint scenic. I work in TV/film painting sets. I pack a lunch most of the time but even if I go out I try to het a salad and always hit my step goals either at work or very close to the end of the day.

    I don't.

But the propane.. and the propane accessories..

    Think locally owned. Think Strickland.

I was actually just referencing another thread. Also i have no idea what Strickland is.
