It's hump day! That means the weekend is getting closer. Weekends have been hard for me to stay within my calorie allotment but I'm getting better. I had a good loss last week after a small gain the previous week. Anxious to see which way the scale tips next week but I am on track to reach my August goal of loosing five pounds. Hope everyone has a successful day. Drink lots of water and move!!9

Aug 11: back from vacation at 143.6.
Aug 12: was back down to 142.6
Aug 17: 143.3. I was really sore this morning and I knew it wouldn't be low.
I weigh every day and have been down to 142.2. I have struggled to regain my momentum and logging after returning from vacation. Still, my clothes are fitting looser and I am getting stronger so I still feel optimistic.6
