Back on MFP as of mid July & have lost 4 lbs. Many more to go, so this is a great group to keep me on track through fall. Key for me seems to be having a food plan for the day & logging it in that morning. Then I feel committed to it! Whatever works, I guess.2

Me! 27lbs will have me at my pre-pregnancy weight, which is my goal by Christmas. But if I can lose over 30- even better!2

Today was good. I stayed under my calorie goal. I had 90 g of protein. Getting enough protein is my struggle. I'm setting my alarm and going for a bike ride in the morning. Hope everyone had a good day! (3

I am working on that, but I'm happy to defer to an expert if there is one! I made one in google docs, excel spreadsheet, I just don't know how to share the link. I'll try and figure it out today0 -

I would love to lose 30lb by Christmas - I have yet to nail a weekend on track in years of on off dieting maybe if I can jump on this bandwagon I might do better lol. That said, I have a surprise 60th to go to tomorrow which means staying in a hotel and eating out with the other half and his folks tomorrow lunch time, not sure how much control I can have. If I say I am not drinking they'll just assume I'm pregnant1
