50lb Challenge

I am setting myself a goal to lose 50lb. I am female 5ft 6 and my current weight is 180. Anybody with a similar goal? :-)

    Hi - I am also aiming for 50 pound more loss. I have lost 7 so far this month - first month at this weight is probably going to be my easiest. I have been trying to lift weights 3x a week at the gym with some cardio. 3 other days I try to walk or swim or do yoga. Of course those are the goals and some days I have no activity.

    One other main goal this is really challenging for me is getting enough sleep.

    How about you?
