In what context? And how do they compare to a cake sandwich?15

One is better?
It's like which one is better.
chicken pot pie or gummy bears.
Baby back ribs or oatmeal.
Ice cream or sweet potato
It's a silly question is all I'm saying7 -

Wait, is this the rice version of Sketti?11 -
For me, neither. I gave up all fast food fries except Arby's curly fries, as they were no longer worth the calories. And the rice wouldn't satisfy me at all.2

French fry white rice sandwich?13

Whatever fits your macros4

Why are you asking this question? Are you eating anything else with these meals?1
-
Oh. It's you and this thread again. Wheeeeeeeee.3
-
That rice sounds disgusting so I'd go with the fries. I only order small fries though, so my calories would be lower than what you listed.1

Heeee's baaaaaaack.
Who's got the popcorn?3 -
Which one do you like better? Pick one and eat, and plan better next time. There are plenty of fast and cheap options that aren't so poor in protein.0
-
Eat both and call it a cheat meal.
WIIIIIIINNNNN!!!!!!1 -
Have the BK, I don't think you can be trusted with rice.
Save room for your cake sandwich.6 -

No
So what did you eat?
Obviously for a single meal it doesn't matter. If that's basically all you are eating in general, it's just as obvious that neither is great.0 -

I would enjoy the french fries more so that would be my choice.0

Are you asking this question in the context of one meal (which I hope you've eaten already or this thread will take a sudden turn), or in the context of a frequent diet staple? Are you eating any protein? Is this a real question?0

Hate French fries, but not sure that rice sounds much better. I would go with the cake sandwich.1

Yes real question sometimesyoudont have the best choice to eat in life so you must make decision so I needed to ask someone besides family. No protein, I just want to see if it's better to eat a lot of fries and possible risk inflammation and diabetes, plus i crease risk of chemicals or eat more rice and increase risk of diabetes even more but without fried grease covering it .
You know you don't get diabetes from eating starches, unless you're eating so much they're causing you to gain weight. I still don't know if you are talking about a single meal or a daily staple.
