    97 days to go!

    I didn't get my walk in this morning. I will have to get it in tonight or throughout the day at work.

    Been extra good since this started since I'm attending a beer release party tomorrow and will be drinking some extra calories. Planning on getting back in the gym on Sunday after a few months off.

    Mind set is getting focused. While waiting at the printer I'm doing squats, and doing incline desk push ups. Walked 20 mins at lunch.

    My weigh-in day is Sunday. This week I've upped my steps to 5 miles a day. Going to add in weight training and curvy yoga starting this weekend.

    I'm in! My goal is to hit 145lbs. I am currently 226lbs and i started at 260lbs. If I could reach my 200lb checkpoint by then I will be so happy!! I am female, 5'6" , 23years old. Tired of wasting My twenties being so overweight

    Not a good weekend. Not making excuses, BUT... (I know right?) I was pretty much a couch potato this weekend.
    Today is day one of me doing the Military Diet, I know this is pretty much a starvation thing, but I need a jump start.... I've been sitting at 226 for far to long. I woke up this morning, tried to loosen up my back, I did some basic calisthenics, and a short 1/2 mile walk. But trust me... this is 100% more than I have been doing in the past. Pushing 55, I know I need to start slow.

    Great morning. Kids are back at school. This dad made it to the gym at 650am... it is just about 9am and I already have 9,966 steps!!!!

    Hope we all have another great week. My 1st weigh in tomorrow.

    Getting easier to walk/run everyday. It is amazing how changes to what you eat and drink can improve your ability to do cardiovascular activities.

    I am in. SW: 274.4 CW: 240.6

    My aggressive goal is 41lbs which is 13.7lbs a month/3.425lbs a week (I know I know almost impossible but it will put me in Onederland if I can somehow make it to 41lbs lost by Turkey day.

    My realistic goal is 28lbs which is 9.33lbs a month/2.33lbs a week which will put me at 212 by Turkey Day.

    I plan on doing 60 mins-120mins intense cardio 6x a week and 3x a week of strength training. 1000-1300 cals/day of eating with maybe once out of the week of 1800-1900 cals.


    (Although if I can keep up the momentum of what I am doing now and increase activity a bit, I might can pull off 35lbs by Turkey day because I am already down 34lbs in less than 3 months)

    Worked my 2nd job last night and didn't get in bed till midnight, so no workout this morning.... hard enough to get up and get to work by 7am. But I feel good, excited for what today holds.

    I'm in! I started out strong with a group of friends and lost 13 pounds. They've all gotten busy and I feel like I've lost my support - I've still got 30 to go.!! Glad to be here!! :)

    My goals:
    - Long term: lose 45 pounds
    - Short term: sleep at least 7 hours/night, exercise for 60 minutes/5 days per week.

    WOW, I knew I should have said no to going out for Mexican food. YIKES. After eating good for a week then eating like I did last night… I felt bad all night. But I was able to get up and get a workout in before work!

    Rain, Rain, Rain in FL. No walk/run this morning.

    Got 6k steps parking far away and walking around office.

    Yesterday, I got 22K steps! 10+ miles. Tonight I will start pushups and some arm exercises at home.

    Been pretty good about sticking within my calorie goals and lots of walks! On track for 25 lost by Thanskgiving!
