                    I LOVE to do zumba, mixxed fit and step class!! What's your favorite workout????

            It's amazing how different we all are with the whole weights vs cardio. I hate lifting weights, but force myself to do some lifting. I have recently discovered that I really enjoy rowing!0

            I run and do yoga. When I am running, running is my favorite and when I am doing yoga, yoga is my favorite.0
- 
            Cycling, rock climbing, Olympic lifting...some hiking here and there.0
- 
            Lower body strength training, kickboxing, or a cardio dance class.0

            Deadlifts.1

            I love Zumba too! I have an awesome Zumba class. I also love my circuit classes.0

            Weightlifting - Cleans, Squats & Thrusters0

            I enjoy trail running but the strength and core work outs that I do to support are a close second.0

            Weight lifting - specifically heavy leg day Squats/Deadlift/Stiff Leg Deads/Leg Press you push this at 85% 1rm or higher and you know you had a workout for next couple of days.0

            Zumba coz it's fun but weights coz I love lifting heavy stuff.0

            Rowing, in one of those skinny sliding-seat rowing shells like in the Olympics. Except mine is slower.1

            Zumba is a blast. I do it 4-6 times a week. I also do a circuit training type class that i'm learning to not hate if that counts.0

            Kettlebell minus the goblet squats 0 0

            25 man makers
 25 burpee/DB cleans
 100 kettlebell swings
 100 battle rope swings each arm alternate grip up/grip down.
 Over in about 38 minutes and glad to be.1

 30 minutes on arc trainer
 20 minutes weights
 15 minutes brisk walking0

            Cycling, cycling, cycling . . .2
