    It's amazing how different we all are with the whole weights vs cardio. I hate lifting weights, but force myself to do some lifting. I have recently discovered that I really enjoy rowing!

    I run and do yoga. When I am running, running is my favorite and when I am doing yoga, yoga is my favorite.

    I enjoy trail running but the strength and core work outs that I do to support are a close second.

    Weight lifting - specifically heavy leg day Squats/Deadlift/Stiff Leg Deads/Leg Press you push this at 85% 1rm or higher and you know you had a workout for next couple of days.

    Zumba is a blast. I do it 4-6 times a week. I also do a circuit training type class that i'm learning to not hate if that counts.

    25 burpee/DB cleans
    100 kettlebell swings
    100 battle rope swings each arm alternate grip up/grip down.

    Over in about 38 minutes and glad to be.
