The very first part of this exercise is the up and downs. They may be modified by simply starting on all 4's and then standing up quickly and returning to this position to all 4's. This is a cardio exercise! Don't be freaked out but all he is doing just do the first part and modify if needed.
REMEMBER ITS THE VERY FIRST THING HE DOES ON THE FLOOR that's it! Unless you are a real rockstar then finish it out if you can. It's a crazy exercise. Be ready for great exercises you can do at home without anything!0 -

I really hate to be the one to point this out, but this zombie is an officer of the grammar police. There's an apostrophe that shouldn't be there on "Zombies." As much as I'm sure we zombies would love to possess cupcakes, we should be pluralized, not possessing.
I made these before I went to work this afternoon (and before I saw Rizias's post). Two versions: with and without cupcakes!

No, not blood splatter. It's fixed. We also removed Jwerman as he/she decided to opt out of the challenge. I was so amazed by my fiancé and his Photoshop talent that it got overlooked.
