Losing 20lbs change eating lifestyle permanently

Hey you guys !!!! Im 5'3 and 160 I'm trying to lose 20 lbs . As of today I have been drinking water and calorie counting . I have also started early morning runs . Hopefully I can get through this. I want to transform to plant base eating lifestyle . What's not health changed my view on everything . I don't know where to begin actually

Yes to a healthy lifestyle but no to what the healthy documentary. A lot of it is bogus and biased and not based on real scientific data.0
