Round 2 for me. I really like the 10 day commitment. It breaks down an otherwise impossible goal into manageable segments. Thanks for having me!
8/21 - 202.8 - after a weekend, I'll take it. Back to eating on point, no alcohol and a LOT of water.
8/22 - 202.2 - went slightly over calories yesterday. Drank over 100 oz water. It's slow but the process is working.

I use a product called 'renew life clear fiber' that I buy online. I started with it to help lower cholesterol. The fiber and carbs are equal so no effective carbs, in case that's a concern.

8/22: 314.0 : Scale keeps flickering from 313.2 to 314.0 but sticks to flashing 314.0, would like to see a 313 change tomorrow.7 -

8/21 - 226.2 I tried the Military Diet but after much "advice", I broke the diet last night. I actually felt good yesterday, a tad hungry... and I don't think that was a bad thing.
8/22 - 224.3 1 mile walk, some light calisthenics this morning. It's going to be a GREAT day.

Changed up my breakfast yesterday. I've been doing the same protein smoothie for 3-4 weeks and I was getting seriously bored with it. Doing yogurt, granola, and an apple this week. I was pretty hungry yesterday, but I was also way under calories on Sunday. Did better with calories yesterday, so hoping that I feel a bit more satisfied today.

8/21 215.2 / Dang! We ate out yesterday, I took a nap, went for a 2 mile run, made a super delicious dinner AND had a cupcake. It was pretty awesome and so this number isn't really bothering me. Focusing on lots of water today!
8/22 / 213.7 / Well, less than my last round but I can still feel some bloating so I'm hoping with adequate water today and a run that we'll be back in the 211s tomorrow.

8/21- 162.2 Yup, up almost 4 POUNDS from yesterday. I was mortified by this number this morning, especially when I remembered this challenge. I wanted to lie and say I didn't weigh in or put another number down. I am owning it and the four beer I had last night with friends and the resulting binge on cookies. I have to start taking control of this- not just for the numbers on the scale but for the havoc it wreaks on my body.

Ten more days of accountability. My goal for this round is at least one pound to get to my 50 milestone goal. So happy to see people continuing the challenge

8/21 - 191.8 met my 50lb milestone today.
8/22 - 191.2 I'm being rewarded plenty for sticking to my guns this round as I stayed in the 193's for 10 days last round. It is sometimes hard to be patient as I seem to spent a lot of time waiting for the scale to show the payoff of my hard work. I see the pattern though and know if I stay motivated the numbers will move steadily downward.

Age: 23. 5'6" I am a mom to an 18month old, so my weight has been all over the place.
Ultimate Goal Weight: 125-130
8/21: 143lbs...I'm feeling a little defeated. This is the heaviest I've been in a few months. I was doing SO good before summer hit, then I just stopped tracking and all hell broke loose
8/22: 141.6lbs...Yesterday we took a long walk and I only ate fruit as a snack. I didn't "cheat" until dinner...we had spaghetti and meatballs, but even then I watched my portions and came in under my calorie goal. Seeing the number drop on the scale already makes me feel that my efforts are actually working towards something.

I can't find my post from yesterday. What's the easiest way to do that? Help!!!!
I bought a new scale yesterday. Knew the old one was weighing me "light" but it was still a big of a shock to stand on this new, accurate scale and have to admit what my weight really is. Just a number - I know - but a little disheartening.

8/21 - 228.8 - feeling great. Walked to and from gym. Did 12.9km walk/bike/elliptical! Almost reached my 100km in Aug goal! I've been going to the gym every day except rest days and i am not craving to go. I've been eating very well and prepping my food ahead of time. I've been motivated my Bigest Loser Team and my Buddy! I have more energy and my mood is more positive! I've been drinking at least 4-24oz bottles of water a day with a goal of 6.5 bottles!

8/21. 125.75 (nice number to start with!)
8/22 125! - I know I obviously didn't lost 3/4 of a pound overnight, but hopefully this is a real lost that has just been masked until now. Still quite chuffed about this. I'm hoping to get down to 124 by thursday (my weekly weigh in, I weigh everyday but this one i use for comparison and do other measurements) even if it is 124.75. On the right track, but won't be too gutted if it goes up again as long as I keep eating healthy.

I always seem to stall at 180 and I my ultimate goal is 148.00
