Great job, man. Extraordinary dedication and outstanding results. Well done.

Thank you dude! Honestly, like most things after doing it for a while it becomes a lifestyle

Totally awesome job- and I'm sure it felt like a lot of work too, especially at first. I'm glad you got the motivation and persevered. You may not be here today if you hadn't started down a healthier road. Maintenance is a piece of cake now, isn't it? Don't get too sloppy, and you'll stay in line. Congrats and VERY happy 2017 to you!

Thank you for the kind words! Yeah it's part of my lifestyle now so it's not a chore or a drag, I enjoy it! I've been lucky to meet some really amazing people at the gym who keep me in check. I'm looking forward to maintenance, not quite there yet as I'm still maybe 14/15lbs away from where I wanna be but I'm training for some marathon type events next year so that'll probably change.

    Have an awesome 2017 too!

That's fantastic! You look amazing, love your after photo in your gym gear. Definitely motivational!

I was on a similar path -- but my results are much much slower, less than half of yours. Just coming off a two month plateau, and hoping to finish the job in 2017.

    Thank you!

I've been lucky not to plateau yet, when I've noticed a potential dip I've changed my training and diet to suit. Stick with it, you'll smash it in 2017!

Thank you! That's it, just needs equal measures of effort, determination and diet.

    Thank you! :)

I'm continuing with a solid diet and training to get leaner, I have a few things coming up that I need to train for, I'm doing a 22 mile swim for charity and a notorious British obstacle course called Tough Mudder amongst other things so I'll be switching as and when I need to for that.

Inspiring journey, for one who started her journey Jan 4, 2017, not my first attempt. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! Your photos have given me the courage to take my own photos of my journey! I look forward to sharing my own success this year, and I will be an inspiration to others at the start of Jan 2018! Great job!

So who likes my pants? Hahaha

This is crazy and scary at the same time, these pants legitimately were too small to even fit around my waist!

Just been looking back at my pics and it's crazy to think that the time between these photos is 3 months! Progressing all the time!

That's awesome man! I also weighed 300 pounds when I made a lifestyle change 3 months ago. I'm now down to 254. How much weight did you loose before you could physically see a difference? Ive lost almost 50 pounds and can't see any difference and neither can my family.
