You just come on here on your weigh in days and log your progress - if you can find the August challenge (lose 5lbs + in August 2017) you can see what it's like, this is a follow on challenge, I post a new one each month, but if you want you can log your progress every day, it's completely upto you guys
What I usually do with a few other people is -

Then some people follow onto the next month. I always post on the thread to let everyone know when the next challenge is up and running or the ones who want to continue with it
Just remember to highlight the star in the top right hand corner next to the title so you don't have to keep searching for this challenge - it will come up in your notifications so you can come straight on this thread
Incase your not sure where the notifications are, it's the bell on the community page on the top row
