 Back again - am supposedly in maintenance but because of poor food choices have been in a cycle for the last 2 months, of gain weight for 3 weeks then lose for 1. The numbers are starting to creep back.
 New goal is to get to 50kg by the anniversary of joining MFP in 42 days. - Hopefully the last bit put on should move fairly quickly.6

 No change in the average this week. I am a bit surprised by that, but I will take it as it is better than a gain.
 My body just does NOT like to let go of the weight.
 Oh well, I am not quitting.
