    My goal for this round is to continue to keep up with my hydration. I would also like to work on my flexibility, so I'm going to stretch for at least 5 minutes a day.

    8/22--227.0 Tonight I am flying to see my parents. I was contemplating whether I should bring my scale, but I decided I will. I'm still not sure if I should bring my food scale or not. I am sure the 5 hour flight will show up in my weight tomorrow. I forgot to stretch yesterday, but this morning after walking the dog I did my stretching.
    8/23--228.6 I know this number is not accurate. Between the water retention from the flight, the fact that I have had less than 4 hours of sleep, and the fact that my scale is at a different location, I'm not surprised that the weight is up.
    8/24--226.1 Another weigh in at my parents house so not sure if this is a true loss loss or not, but I will take it.
    8/25--225.9 Went to the rec center near my parents house and did my weightlifting yesterday. Also did my stretching. Going out for dinner with friends tonight so I expect a gain to show up tomorrow.

    8/25 130.6 Happy to see a steady decline on the scale. I feel like I'm back to my true weight and the rest was mostly water weight. I've been eating good this week and walking each day. Busy weekend, my daughter's 2nd birthday and party. The taco bar (and margaritas) at her party will be hard to resist, but I know I'm going to moving around so much this weekend getting ready for the party and during the party I won't sit still, so hopefully it all evens out!

    8/23 158.6 It's ok, I'm highly motivated now. I can't tell the world yet, what it is that's motivating me, but I'm very excited!
    8/24 158 I had problem when I burnt my Lean Cuisine TV dinner. I scorched it & it was not edible. But needed to eat lunch... ended up with an higher calorie lunch than I'd planned. Oh well. I'm still very excited!!! I know that I will lose a little in the next 6 days... at least I hope so... adding in exercise so don't know how that will affect at this time.

    8/21 - 162.4 - I knew a 1.1 lb loss overnight wasn't going to stick but still generally going the right direction.
    8/22 - 162.2 - Slow and steady...all good.
    8/23 - 162 - no exercise the last two days but have been under calories. Can't say I've made the best nutritional choices though. Will do better today.
    8/24 - 161.6 - got some good exercise in, lots of water, and stayed at calories. Progress showing up on the scale!
    8/25 - 161.6 - did well with calorie intake yesterday but no time for exercise. Lots of exercise coming up today though!

    8/35- 141- way under calories but too much wine and not enough water!

    8/21: 156.2 - weight seems to be melting off at this point. I won't complain!
    8/22: 156.4 - TOM is here and I feel lousy. Wouldn't be surprised to see my weight creep up a bit from TOM.
    8/23: 156.8 - I've been under calories, but obviously TOM is causing gain. One thing I like about weighing daily is I know things like this happen and it doesn't stress me out.
    8/24: 156.0 - TOM is still here, but feeling better and weight seems to be moving in the right direction again. Would love to keep it here or lower.
    8/25: 157.4 - yesterday was the day from *kitten* was way over sodium and about 100 calories over as well. hoping my weight drops back down soon, but not sweating it.

    8/21 - 202.8 - after a weekend, I'll take it. Back to eating on point, no alcohol and a LOT of water.

    8/22 - 202.2 - went slightly over calories yesterday. Drank over 100 oz water. It's slow but the process is working.

    8/23 - 200.8 - WHAT?! I had to step on the scale 3 times to register this. I'm sure I'll post a gain tomorrow but still psyched to see this number.

    8/24 - 200.4 - honestly surprised I've maintained in this area for another day. ONEderland is so close!! Drank over 200 oz water yesterday.

    I've been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs since March. 173 is my lowest, I just so want to see the 6's again.

    8/21-176 Ate Mexican food out for the last 3 nights. Wonder why I gained 3 lbs back? :)
    8/22 - 175. I knew some of this was just sodium. But I DID run 2 miles last night. ;)
    8/23 - 175. Did some weight lifting and went for a walk. Stayed within points. Its a win for today.
    8/24 - 174.8 I'll take it. Stayed under points, ran and did yoga.
    8/25 - 174.4 still the right direction. Took a rest day. My body was complaining. Back to working out today.

    Back on track I hope! My IBS-C is not flaring up today <3 So I can actually see some progress. The past couple of days it's been off. I am still learning my trigger foods but I've gotten better. I started by eating very little for a few days then adding one or basic meals in at a time (until I splurged on the s&s shrimp). I'm learning a lot that way.
    8/24: 130.8
    So my big goal is to come in under calorie count today. Every time I get to the 130 range I splurge and then overdo it because, "hey I'm close enough to where I want to be." Not this time.
    8/25: 129.6
    I got on and off the scale like 5 times just to be sure this was right. I am in shock! I haven't been in the 120s since high school!

    8/21: 206 -- worked out, taco festival yesterday. Ate and drank with abandon and zero regrets.
    8/22: 206 -- worked out, over calories. Need to rein it in.
    8/23: 206 -- over calories (but trending downward), worked out. I think this week is shaping up to be an unintentional diet break (at it since late April).
    8/24: 206 -- nothing if not consistent (weight, eating, workouts, etc.) This has been, and continues to be, an awful week on many levels so I'm happy to maintain right now.
    8/25: 204.8 -- under calories thanks only to a vigorous workout.

    Hi, I'm in! This is my very first round!!! Hoping to break my plateau that I've been in for about a week. Got to 168 but have been hovering around 170 the last few days...

    8/21 - 170.2 -frustrated that I'm hovering at 170 the last few days. Though after a weekend of being a bit looser on my diet, it could be worse.
    8/22 - 170.0 - at least there's some progress even if it's small. Actually a bit surprised since I went over my cal count last night. I did well for most of the day but caved in to chipotle tacos for dinner. I'll do better today!
    8/23 - 168.8 - yes! That's more like it! Was below cal count yesterday and went to a zumba class! :-) going to try to go to the gym again tonight. Maybe work on some strength training.
    8/24 - 168.0 - alright! I'm hoping to break 168 before the end of the week. Haven't gotten below that yet. I was under calorie count yesterday (though over on fat). Went to gym and burned 200 cals doing various cardio exercises (stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical). Also worked on arms. Overall a good day!
    8/25 168.2 - was slightly afraid to check my weight today. I stayed under cals yesterday but had pasta for dinner and didn't exercise. A bit sad that it went up slightly, but not the worst. May not make my below 168 goal this week, but maybe by the end of the round??? Going to go try a pilates class today.
    8/26 - 168.2 - I guess 168 is the new hurdle. seemed to have gotten past 170 (knock on wood). At first I was annoyed that there was no movement but I caught a glimpse of myself wearing shorts in the mirror and...starting to see (very small) definition in the legs. I still feel sore from pilates yesterday too (the good kind of sore). Celebrating the small victories!
