I just joined a Jillian Michaels 30 day shred/Ripped in 30 challenge for September. Just an FYI for anyone who's into her DVD's, or actually anybody- you can find the workouts on the internet. Come join us if you need a doable workout with an instructor. It's great to have Jillian bossing you around when your motivation is weak!1
