Starting on August 31 - September 10, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 15! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 150 days consecutively!
Anyone else game?
Weighing yourself everyday? Controversial you may say? Well for me personally, checking the scale can be motivating. I read in a study of 3,500 people who maintained 60 or more pounds of weight loss for at least a year, researchers from the National Weight Control Registry found that 44 percent weighed themselves every day. Another study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that overweight people are six times more likely to lose weight if they weigh themselves at least once a day. I don't about you, but it helps me and motivates me to keep going or to tweak what I did the day before. I never weigh more than just once in the morning. Our weight fluctuates constantly throughout the day with what we drink and consume, so only make it a 'once a day' rule for sanity sake. ~Hillcrestbaby
Let's give it our best 10 days ever as we begin September and usher in a new school year. The weather is cooling in many parts of the world signaling a new season coming in. Personally, I'll be thinking and sending prayers to our members and friends in Texas.

Back again! I started last round at 144.4 and finished in 142's so happy. I'm looking to get to 141 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. I need to get a little more serious this round.

I'm wiping my slate clean (for sanitys sake) and starting over. I've done several rounds, but I'm up 5-7 pounds overall. I'm hoping that weighing in everyday will make me think twice when I want to eat just a little more. I'm about 10 pounds from my overall goal of 128.

I've been a daily weighed for years and have kept lots of weight off!! Even through this rough patch I weighed every day. I've gained about 10 lbs since 2015 - my dad had open heart surgery then gram got sick and passed, I went back to WW and the new plan was miserable - so here I am!! It daily writing is the best way I have found to stay accountable!!8 -
I'm in! Now that summer weekend events should be over, I'm hoping to get my weekends more in line with my weekdays. Not that they've been terrible - just hard to track.

so it seems that getting under 196 (14 stone) is proving just as difficult at getting out of the 200's was!!

Round 15... Goal is to push myself a little, if it's not too hot out I will try for 15-20'000 steps a day. Get back into my C25k (it's just been so warm out) Plan my meals and work towards my 159 goal. Been working on maintaining my weight these last few weeks. Excited to see those 5's

Second round for me. This round will be a challenge itself as before my period I have irrational cravings. If I get through them without gaining weight then it will be already a complete challenge!

Finally! Last night, I was just reading the posts for Round 14 and commented that I would join the next round. Morning comes and here's the thread for Round 15. So count me in here! Yey!

I have been concentrating on not overeating and reducing the number of snacks. I don't log - I just try to be sensible i.e. make healthier choices. Really happy with the last 4 rounds

Oooo great timing!
Just back from a few weeks holidaying in Spain where I ate and drank myself silly. And while I normally barely weigh myself, I knew from the bloat that I needed to be super strict for a bit again until I'm back to maintenance weight, which normally is around the 62 kilo mark (sorry I can't do lbs).
My weight on Monday was 66.9kg so that was a bit of a shocker. I will be weighing myself daily until that has dropped again and I'm down 1kg already since Monday so it must be "water weight" or whatever you'd call that.
This thread will be a good reminder for me.
