Good luck! When I had my foot surgery, a helpful part to not gaining was that no one was home to bring me snacks throughout the day lol I only had meals that I planned out

I'm wiping my slate clean (for sanitys sake) and starting over. I've done several rounds, but I'm up 5-7 pounds overall. I'm hoping that weighing in everyday will make me think twice when I want to eat just a little more. I'm about 10 pounds from my overall goal of 128.

Back again! I started last round at 144.4 and finished at 142.4 so happy. I'm looking to get to 141 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss.

8/31- 202.6 yesterday I was finally able to eat some food after two days of having awful strep throat. I still have it but the antibiotics is working. I can't go to the gym because now my son and husband are sick.

Anyways, I also want to start body measurements. I have not lost even an ounce since I've started increasing my exercise and really watching what I'm eating. And it's been like 10 days.
Anyways I am 44 years old, 5 feet 4 1/2 inches and weigh 140 pounds at last weigh- in. As I've said I will weigh myself when I get home from work in a few hours.
Hubby I are going on a cruise on the 24th for our 24th anniversary and I want to feel and look healthier than I do now. My goal for these next 10 days or to be in the 130s.
8/31 - ugh ! 143. Lbs - why?? Why did I gain? I'm going through a bad flare with my Hashimoto's. Makes my joints hurt terribly. But been measuring everythingI eat and everything is non-gluten and organic. I have increased my water intake and get my exercise in. Boo hoo!

I started in round 14 at 165.5 and ended at 165. This morning am at 164! Had many ups and downs last week. Plan is to be more consistent this week and notice when I sabotage my own weight loss.

8/27 147.6 ~ (Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36) ~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation,
8/28 148.8 ~ Yesterday, since I didn't get ANY exercise in plus my sodium was high, I have a gain. I didn't over eat though so my gain is only a pound. Yesterday's, was a success in my books!
8/29 148.3 ~ (Steps18,169) Miles 7 ~ I was hungry the whole day but was able to stick to my dairy, keeping my sodium low. I decided to try getting a workout before getting breakfast. Last night I had to alter my menu since my husband got off late from work. On the plus side a couple workouts during the day helped.
8/30 147.9 ~ (Steps 19,101 Miles 7.7) ~ Yesterday went well with goals, I was able to get a couple workouts at the gym. I switching up though, having my protein drink after my first workout. I need to focus on more fruits for snacks, after vacation, I'm having trouble incorporating them into my diet. Not at my goal for this round but I'm ready for the next round!

Weigh yourself when you first get up in the morning after you use the washroom after everything you have eaten the day before has processed. This is your base weight.
Otherwise This is in all probability water weight .. if you were on point with all the other components of your regime then dont stress... trust the process.10 -

8/31 - 132.1 I am the epitome of a yoyo for the last 2 months. I have to believe that if I want the loss bad enough, I will do the right thing. Obviously, I am not going to reach 130# this month. I leave tomorrow and return home to my regular scale. I will be interested to see what it reads

8/31 - 194.4 I ate very late last night and the night before the 192.7 weight I had eaten almost no dinner. Timing of meals impacts the morning weigh in, but not enough to make me go hungry. I had a nice chuck roast that came out of the rotisserie right as I walked in the door at 9:15. Medium rare, just a little crispy on the edges, fresh sliced tomatoes and a little mashed potatoes on the side. Yum. And still in calorie limit for the day.
