Sorry I haven't been keeping up with posting, but I have been busy getting caught up on my crunches. Missed 3 days in a row trying to get my oldest son situated to head back to college. He made it and I am caught up. Tomorrow will be brutal!3

Forgot to post the past few days, been pretty busy but I have been keeping up. Days 26,27 +28 all done ✅3

26, 27 and 28 done. Been busy getting school supplies ready for the start of the 'year'. I can't believe that the kids vacation is almost over but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't just a little excited to get back to a little more free time to focus on exercise (I was squatting at 11pm the other night to fit em in!).
As for results, I got a random compliment on my great muscular legs this past weekend at a salon shoot for fashion hair colours. I smiled and said it must be all the squats working their magic! I do really think sticking with these ones all month has really had an impact on my upper legs/glutes and my core feels so much stronger and tighter.4 -

Day 30 Done!!! I did both the Squats and Crunches (some edits with the crunches sort of half bicycle crunches and half regular). I loved it, it was just enough of a commitment to get me started in the morning cause I did have a few missed days that meant I made up the difference the following day I am not sure if there is any visible difference but I did wear a pencil skirt yesterday that fit slightly different (a little snug in the butt and loose in the waist)4
