8/21 - 228.8 - feeling great. Walked to and from gym. Did 12.9km walk/bike/elliptical! Almost reached my 100km in Aug goal! I've been going to the gym every day except rest days and i am not craving to go. I've been eating very well and prepping my food ahead of time. I've been motivated my Bigest Loser Team and my Buddy! I have more energy and my mood is more positive! I've been drinking at least 4-24oz bottles of water a day with a goal of 6.5 bottles!
8/22 - 228.6 - slow and steady
8/23 - 228.8 - i had a down day yesterday both mood and no exercise. I ended up binging on 90 calorie chocolate treats... so back on track today. Went to the gym at 8am. Going to clean my car. Then go for a walk later today!
8/24 - 227.6 - yeh back on track! Went to the gym this morning, didn't eat enough right before because I had errands so didn't push as hard as i normally do due to lack of energy. Walked home from the gym then to and from my dentist appt. Also achieved my 100km walk/bike/elliptical/row today!!!! I'm going to see how many more km I can get in so i can beat it next month! I also lost 2.4lbs since last week when i weighed in for the Biggest Loser Challenge!
8/25 - 227.2 - still going down! Did a 8.5km walk today and ate well! Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.
8/26 - 277.0 - and down down Down! I wasn't feeling so motivated to go to the gym today but thankfully I already asked my dad to watch the baby today... so it was easier to have things in motion when I'm not feeling so motivated. I know i always feel so much better after exercising. I think im realizing for this reason my day feels much better way i go to the gym in the morning rather than in the afternoon when I'm losing motivation. Hoping to be in the 6s tomorrow!
8/27- 227.8 darn...hopefully with lots of water today I'll be able to get down into the 6's!
8/28 - 227.0 back on track. Heading to the gym the next 4 days before a 3 days family trip. I'll be planning some breakfast and lunches ahead to try and stay within calories!
8/29 - 226.8 - woohoo!!! In the 6s. Now I need to stay here!
8/30 - 225.8 amazing! Great way to finish this off! Down 4lbs. I know this number will go up tomorrow because I weighed in later in the day and was a bit dehydrated from going to the gym in the evening.. but I'll take it!!!! Looking forward to round 15!7 -

8/22: 314.0 : Scale keeps flickering from 313.2 to 314.0 but sticks to flashing 314.0, would like to see a 313 change tomorrow.
8/23: 314.0 : Why won't it move?? I'm happy it's not going up but I am working out and eating my target and under.
8/24: 314.4 : Finally some movement but in the wrong direction. I did eat a heavy dinner so guess it could be from that. Maybe now it can go down?
8/25: 314.4 : Okay with this even though was under calories.
8/26: 314.4 : Same again. Maybe something's wrong with my scales?
8/27: 316.2 : Well I wanted a change...just not this one. Let's start again.

8/21: 165.8 Very pleased. Yesterday was Take Mom to the Movies day. I pre-planned salted, buttered popcorn & soda into my meal log. Didn't add salt to the popcorn after all (and tasted just fine without). Proud of my changes in thought patterns. My former self would have written off the entire day as a "cheat day," throwing in a movie hot dog and/or candy too.
8/22: 167.0 Tried going to the restroom one more time after morning weigh-in to drop me in the 166's. Tee hee, tee hee. I'm so silly! If this is as high as it goes this round, I'll be happy.
8/23: 167.2 I'm sure this has *nothing* to do with the leftover 7-layer dip, chips, and pies my roommate brought home from a fundraiser on Monday. The quicker I eat it, the sooner it will no longer be a temptation!
8/24: 165.8 Good deal. Average over last 10 days is now under 167. I'm loving the overall downward trend!
8/25: 165.6
8/26: 165.6 Been out of the 168's for over 10 days now. Yippee!
8/27: 166.2 Rut-roh. TOM = scale jumps around like crazy! Been known to vary as much as 2.5 pounds in a day. Weeeee!
8/28: 166.4 Would be nice if TOM is hiding 2 pounds in his trousers, taking them away when he leaves. :laugh:
8/29: 166.4 TOM, take your extra poundage and go already. Don't you know I'm in a challenge, here?! Geez.

8/21- 159.94 I doubt the weight is correct, but I'll take it for now. Exhausted today and almost caved to fast food for dinner. Instead, I chose a refrigerated soup and half a cheese sandwich for dinner. Hoping to get some food prep done tomorrow so the week runs easier.
8/22-159.72 Another tiring day here. Haven't had energy and my sleep schedule is off. Need to get back to taking my vitamins.
8/23- 159.5 My back pain has flared up, so I haven't done much more than take medication and sleep all day. Hoping tomorrow is a better day.
8/24- 159.94 Absolutely no real reason for the gain other than normal fluctuation. Remaining under calories. Hope the scale is nicer to me tomorrow.
8/25- 158.84 Tried the scale 4 different times to make sure my scale wasn't misbehaving. I would be thrilled if I could end this challenge at 158. Still maintaining my calories and have plans to make freezer meals this weekend.
8/26- 159.06 Tiny increase today, but still very happy with my progress overall. We had dinner out with friends (Chinese) I did my best to have a small portion because I had no ideas of calories. Also, it was difficult to judge calories since we were sharing several dishes. I served up a small plate all at once so I could visually see my portion size and did not go back for seconds. I think I did fairly well, but we shall see if the scale agrees.
8/27- 158.62 Looks like I probably did ok last night. Very pleased. Today has been quiet with nothing to report.
8/28-158.4 I had a very busy day and fell asleep at 6:30 and woke up around 9:30 with no dinner made. We ended up eating fast food. I managed to come in under my calories, but only because I was so busy I barely ate all day. Tomorrow is a new day.
8/29-158.4 By the time dinner is rolling around, I am exhausted. Frankly, I would rather just go to bed for the night than cook a meal. I think I need to increase my calories at lunch because I feel like I'm on empty.
8/30-158.4 Stuck at this weight despite plenty of calorie deficit. Currently ill running fever. I've managed a good amount of weight loss over the past 10 days and am very pleased.

8/21 260.8 - been hovering here for a bit now, but i ate horribly today. too many calories in general and WAY too many of them from carbs. i expect a bump up tomorrow morning. blah. birthday cake, YOUUUUUUUU!!! /shakes fist.

8/23 260.4 - better this morning, but today went over the calories a bit and no evening walk. this week has been a challenge. i need to step up my game!

Barely stayed under calorie but I am always hungrier after cardio. I don’t eat back exercise calories because I don’t know how accurate my Apple Watch is about calculating calories burned.

Stayed under calorie. It was harder to feel satisfied and found myself fighting the desire to eat due to boredom. NSV: Upped a set strength training.

Drank 4.0L of water. Did better on the desire to eat out of boredom. Drank water and found something else to capture my attention. I found myself wanting to do something fitness wise. Think I will look into something fun and fitness related for rest days.

Drank 4.0L of water. Stayed under 1300 calories. Food met satiety well today.

Glad to see the scale move downward today. Sticking to the plan pays off. Drank 4.0L of water. Stayed busy and I had to squeeze in a walk to meet my step goal last night. I didn’t want to but I am glad I did.

It is nice to see this new low. Drank 4L of water. Cardio went well; I have noticed increased ease while doing the more intense intervals. I also took the opportunity to do leg strength training because I know tomorrow it is going to be hard to fit it all in.
8/29 267.8 Goals: Upper Body Strength Training; 10k steps; 3L of water; Track all food; be extra mindful while having lunch out- all done.
Spending much of today on a bus for a field trip to the aquarium and will be eating out at a pizza place for lunch. I managed to meet all my goals and only go over calories by 130 calories. I am considering it a win.

8/21 - 71.5kg (157.6) - happy with this as I feel I have lost weight over the last round even if the start and finish don’t reflect it. This is a good weigh in for me considering it’s after a weekend and TOM.
8/22 - 69.8kg!!!!!!!! (153.9) - goal made!
I find 5:2 tough on what I call my ‘starvation days’ but that excruciating willpower all seems worthwhile when I’m finally dropping! Only 3.5kg to go until I’m back to where I left off and changed directions for awhile. And then it’s straight to my goal range!
8/23 - 70.5kg (155.4) - expected after a bottle of wine. Still riding high on yesterday’s result.
8/24 - 70.7kg (155.9) - all good, surprised I’m still 70 something at this time of the week.
8/25 - 70.5kg (155.4) - pretty content with staying around the same weight so far this week. I won’t be doing 5:2 next week due to a work trip involving lots of paid meals so a bit disappointed this is already going to affect my good streak. I finally feel like I’m back on track and seeing and feeling results. Hopefully the trip away doesn’t set me back too much.

8/21 - 196.4 (Full disclosure, I'm quite bloated today, I ate too much salt and calorie-high food yesterday... I was 194.6 on the 20th. So if there's a big drop tomorrow it's not real weight loss. LOL)
8/22 - 197 Ok, so the bloating was a bit worse than I thought! But I'm being a good girl.

8/24 - 198.2 Ok, so this was a slap in the face, but I deserved it. I let myself go completely wild yesterday... Sugary foods for breakfast and snacks, Thai food (pasta) at lunch, & All you can Eat Sushi for dinner. I was 3000 cals over the limit even after my half-hearted workout. Today I will make a change and be good.

8/28 - 192.6 Unbelievable! I'm so happy right now! I was a bit over my limit yesterday because we ate out but I kept my portions small and it seems to have paid off!!!
8/29 - 192.8 So my scale bounced all over the place today. I usually get on twice to make sure it is a consistent number. Today is was sooo different that I got on 5x and it was never the same number! I'm wondering if there is something wrong with it. Anyway. I recorded a number that seemed the most consistent and realistic. It's still low! So I'm happy.
8/30 - 193.4 I messed up bad yesterday by ordering Chinese food. My cals weren't really affected, but my carbs were. I'm hoping that this is just water weight and that I will see 191.8 before my birthday this weekend!
8/31 - 193 I pay dearly for cheat days. Even if I don't do too badly, I'm bloated for 2-3 days. I'm so sad that I'm not likely to see the number I wanted for my Birthday because of 1 weak moment. But I'll keep being good and see what happens. At least I'm not too far off my goal for Sept.3 -

8/24 158 I had problem when I burnt my Lean Cuisine TV dinner. I scorched it & it was not edible. But needed to eat lunch... ended up with an higher calorie lunch than I'd planned. Oh well. I'm still very excited!!! I know that I will lose a little in the next 6 days... at least I hope so... adding in exercise so don't know how that will affect at this time.
