This is scary! I don't share my weight with anyone! But, I need to focus, so I'll join in!
I typically weigh myself every day (except when things aren't going well.)
I'm not sure what a reasonable goal is, I've never done a 10-day challenge. Instead of a weight goal, I will focus on actions:
Log food every day
Run 5 X's in 10 days
Do strength training 3X's in 10 days
10K steps each day

I'll play! I lost ~70 pounds over a year ago, did a metabolism reset during which I regained about 12 pounds, then lost about 4 of that. I've been holding steady at ~152 for about 6 months. My ultimate goal is 135, though I'd be happy at 140. This challenge and accountability sounds good. Thanks for setting it up!

This is my first time doing this but i do weigh in daily and i agree and think it helps to keep me focused. Im coming into my 4th week of a lifestyle change and ive had a few ups and downs this week. Im eating 1200cal a day and most of the time i have been fine up until this week where i have just needed 1400cal to get through. Im not seeing a loss as fast as i was hoping so im trying to do a bit better.
Start Weight - 106.5kg / 233lbs
Current Weight - 103.2kg /227lbs
Goal Weight - 80kg /175lbs
I would love to lose 2kg (4lb) or close to it.

Ok. So today's the 31st. Yesterday, I was at 193.8 lbs. My end goal for this challenge is 191.5
8/31 - 192.7 -- great! I was kinda expecting to gain weight because I overate dinner, of all meals! Good thing I still lost a pound. Will surely exercise more control today.

8/27 147.6 ~ (Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36) ~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation,
8/28 148.8 ~ Yesterday, since I didn't get ANY exercise in plus my sodium was high, I have a gain. I didn't over eat though so my gain is only a pound. Yesterday's, was a success in my books!
8/29 148.3 ~ (Steps18,169) Miles 7 ~ I was hungry the whole day but was able to stick to my dairy, keeping my sodium low. I decided to try getting a workout before getting breakfast. Last night I had to alter my menu since my husband got off late from work. On the plus side a couple workouts during the day helped.
8/30 147.9 ~ (Steps 19,101 Miles 7.7) ~ Yesterday went well with goals, I was able to get a couple workouts at the gym. I switching up though, having my protein drink after my first workout. I need to focus on more fruits for snacks, after vacation, I'm having trouble incorporating them into my diet.
Not at my goal for this round but I'm ready for the next round!

Second round for me. This round will be a challenge itself as before my period I have irrational cravings. If I get through them without gaining weight then it will be already a complete challenge!
R14: start 61.3, end 60.9, average, 61.0 (-0.4kg)
R15: goal 60.5 kg
Ultimate goal: 57 kg
8/31 61.0 - cravings started yesterday evening. I I went out to meet some dear friends, ordered salad and water, but still felt hungry after that. Then ordered nachos (boo)! Thankfully that the scale showed only +0.1kg . Hope I can start running soon, as I am healed from last week's cold.
