    Week 35

    Starting weight: 226.4
    Goal weight: 175
    Last week weight: 197.1
    This week weight: 193.6
    This week loss: 3.5

    This weeks successes:
Got rid of the bloat from my terrible travels for the eclipse. (Only the travel was terrible.)
My Girls bowling team is 3 -0! They are off to a good start.
Was admitted back to Hogwarts for the next semester challenge. That should help me. (I will be logging here on Sunday for a while to sync up my weigh in days.)

    This weeks challenges:

While I am very happy with where I am, almost 33 pounds lost this year, I am a little behind schedule. I want to see if I can catch back up over month of September. It is important that I stay on task. Meal planning needs to be a focus.

Thank you. I was reading you post ads I was mindlessly snacking on parm chips. It reminded me to close the box before I put my hand back in it.

This weeks successes: Nothing, nil, nichts, rien so back to basics and have seen the weight fluctuation since the end of June and no measurement reductions since early June so decided to revisit the diet profile. I put myself down as Lightly Active whereby sedentary is more apt so a reset and now have a daily target of 280 less calories.

This week's challenges: A little fed up, no one to blame except myself but away for a long weekend so will also take a holiday from this for 4 days before bouncing back with the new regime

Weekly lost: 1.75-2 lbs. per week

I found that eating too many vegetables/salads, I have digestive distress. So I have to keep the portions normal size on the salads/raw veggies even though it is not that many calories. I will be on vacation away from home for the next 2 weeks so that will be a challenge without the gym. I'm thinking of changing my settings to just 1 lb. per week or maintenance for that time to take the pressure off, but maybe not. I think I can do it--I will be logging my calories.

I hope I continue to do better, this is so hard for me, because I can Never keep Losing no matter how good I am I will always gain then lose then gain again it's a vicious cycle, but I'm determined to keep on going; I have to.
Had surgery yesterday, hope to do better :/
