My shoe size is also smaller. My bar siE has changed greatly with only 20 pounds. I went from a 44c to a 40 b. Bras are expensive to change over but so important. I shop a local resale shop so I can always have clothes that fit. My whole body is getting smaller but the bars have been the biggest problem.

I went paleo / keto and I noticed that my body fat is less - all over - and the type of fat I do have is different. less cellulite / dimples in my skin. I did lose weight very slowly to help me with sagging skin and puckering. I do have loose skin on my neck and that is "ASF".

    Thank u

I lost my boobs. I'll never forget the day I took my bra off in front of my boyfriend and he started humming the funeral march then said "RIP boobies, you will be missed"! Sure, it was hilarious, but still, sad times :'( No longer having to buy bras from the specialist 'busty ladies' section is certainly making underwear purchases cheaper though! You win some, you lose some :)

Yo I'm already having small boobs . I don't wanna turn out flat

if you really need to lose weight, then there aren't really any cons are there? loose skin seems to bug most people, and my a*se is decidedly boney now.! ... don't look for reasons not to lose it, just look at the positives when you have lost it. :)

I can say i gained instead of loosing. I now can see my (hum hum) feet without looking at the mirror. ;)

It totally depends on the person. You can control it a bit with how much muscle you retain, but it's mostly going to to come down to genetics. We are all different.

bras - so tired of replacing those...I've gone from a 34D to a 30F...not cheap, but not totally a bad thing either...

Did not lose anything in the shoulders, in fact, my shoulders appear to be getting bigger, not smaller...I'm sure that's from the weight lifting...

Butt is smaller, but also higher, so it actually creates an optical illusion of being bigger and rounder even though the measuring tape says smaller...

These are all things I can totally live with!!!

Omg if shoulder grows larger I'll look even huge

I lost like 99.9% of my MAJOR back fat - which was awesome. Did not lose my butt or boobs, even after losing 130 lb. I am happy about this. I did lose many bra band sizes but only one cup size and I swear a lot of that was the back fat I mentioned.

Pretty much everything else just got more narrow. I went down an entire ring size which was kind of surprising because I'd previously worn the same size ring for 20 years. I always had weirdly small feet so they stayed the same. But sometimes my ankles/feet would swell in summertime when I was very obese, and now that never happens unless I have an injury.

    This is awesome
  • I've lost 78lbs and haven't lost my boobs lol I started at a 40c and I'm still a c :) it's pretty common to lost a few cup sizes but you may not.

Shoe size, boobs, I got narrower overall, chub rub, $60 bras (smaller breasts definitely have a financial advantage!), constant heart burn, bad posture (less weight + stronger core).

Boobs, always boobs. Would be nice if my gut disappeared just as fast. :p
