It's an exercise program that focuses on functional movements. It's got a lot of cardio, rowing, gymnastics, and weight lifting. There is crossfit gyms and they have schedualed class times. There are coaches watching over the class and helping with form and cheering you on. The community is awesome as well, very tight knit and supportive0
