Back again - am supposedly in maintenance but because of poor food choices have been in a cycle for the last 2 months, of gain weight for 3 weeks then lose for 1. The numbers are starting to creep back.
New goal is to get to 50kg by the anniversary of joining MFP in 42 days. - Hopefully the last bit put on should move fairly quickly.3 -

Worked really hard the last 2 weeks--REALLY HARD--but no real weight loss. I fluctuated a lot this month....
I did managed to lose something...either way, a wins a win.
