Note to everyone aiming for 8+ lbs lost each month: I work with a nutritionist and personal trainer (who has a masters in science) and they warn to be careful because that's actually considered rapid weight loss. The recommend weight loss by professionals (if you're not a body builder or professional athlete) is no more than 2 lbs / week for a reason. It's been proven many times over that rapid weight loss can (not always) confuse the body into thinking you're starving, even if you're intaking enough nutrients (especially if you've started an exercise routine very suddenly). When the body thinks it's starving, it retains fat and impedes muscle growth in order to preserve itself (which will be the opposite effect of what you want). I don't know what everyone is doing for fitness or nutrition, though, but I hope that helps (not trying to be pessimistic, just genuinely concerned for people's well-being).

You just copy and paste. Hold onto what you want to copy and menu pops up. Just move to where you want to paste and then hold finger where you want it to paste at and another menu will pop up. Hope this helps.
