Help! Working too much!

I've put in a fair bit of weight since previously using this app.

I have changed jobs and travel 2 hours to and from work and do 10 hour shifts.

I really want to get fit again but I don't have the time for the gym and I've got so lazy with my cooking.

    I don't have the time

One thing that has helped me is to replace the phrase "I don't have time for X" with "X is not a priority for me." Then you can see what your priorities are and organize your life accordingly. It is not easy and you'll have to make hard decisions, but in the end this will help you do what's best.

My workout is non negotiable. Do you work everyday? Surely working 10 hour shifts you must have some days off!

I work 5 days a week. I usually work out 5 times a week and have my weekends to myself. Don't really want to gym on my weekends

So you currently work out 5 times a week? That sounds like enough.
