Well I started doing Intermittent fasting and have seen great results, I'm kicking it up a notch by trying keto for 2 weeks. Let's see how it plays out.

I am ready! After 2 years being diagnosed with Lupus and a benign brain tumor I gain weight because of the meds and the pain. I was heavy to start with but this med it worst. This summer I made some serious med changes and had a family meeting with hubby and Darling Daughter and made some life changes. I am ready to get healthy.

I need to firmly plant myself into maintenance and hope to do so by slowing down my loss rate to 1 pound per month in this challenge. If it goes faster, then I would like to lose this challenge as way to stay accountable for maintaining at my goal weight, if that is o.k.
