9/1 : 204.9 - not sure what this is, I've had great day. Today was my rest day after working out 5 days in a row. Did 30 flights of stairs and walked for about 50 mins during my down time at work. Logged my food, was under my calorie goal but went over in protein by 26g. Idk if that matters lol. Measured at about 9pm

9/3-201.8 - took this measurement this AM after my workout. Hoping to hit my water goal today, hoping this number sticks!
9/4 - overslept, so couldn't make the gym this am. But was under my calorie goal, and hit my water goal.
9/5 - 200.6 would be happy to see this number again tomorrow. This was at 7 am after working out.
9/6- 200.0 post workout at 12pm. I've upped my water this week, so I'm happy to see the water weight go away. Did have alcohol and potato chips yesterday. Logged it, was still under calories but way over on sugar and sodium. Will try to hit 65 ounces of water today and see what the scale does. More importantly, 200 is my mini goal #1 --> new workout shoes today! yay
9/7 - 199.5 9am after an intense sweat session, so sure a lot of this is water weight. I need to be sure to rehydrate today, i think i had maybe half of my water goal yesterday. and just sweated out what I had left. lets see what tomorrow brings!

8/31 - ugh ! 143. Lbs - why?? Why did I gain? I'm going through a bad flare with my Hashimoto's. Makes my joints hurt terribly. But been measuring everythingI eat and everything is non-gluten and organic. I have increased my water intake and get my exercise in. Boo hoo!
9/01- 141.6 lbs - did no exercise at all yesterday as I somehow hurt my back. Can't even take a big breath.
9/02 - 141.6. Hubby and I went to dinner and a movie last night. I ate 1800 kcal yesterday, didn't get my steps in and didn't work out due to my back injury. Back is doing better today, so I'm going to take the dog on a nice walk and start my day off right! Morning ya'll!
9/03 - 141.6. Omg! How can I have three days of the exact same weight?? Got my steps in, my water in, and, light weights for back as it's recovering from an injury. Walked the dog for 30 minutes through our hilly neighborhood. Ran 20 minutes on the treadmill. Then I crazy-danced for a bout 10 minutes because I didn't want to stop moving because I LOVE early 90's dance music. Then abs and back workout.
Downfall is the actual hunger I've been feeling. Not cravings, actual hunger pangs and growling. It is very difficult to ignore. We ate dinner early yesterday 4PM, because I was hangry! It was BBQ ribs and veggies. It satiated me for about 2 hrs but then I was getting the hunger pangs again. I ended up going to a new local restaurant and ordered a small molten lava cake (of course they had no idea of the nutritional value except that was gluten-free. So I just did some searches and went with what looked like middle of the road for kcal. Then I went home and had some gluten-free, organic corn chips with salsa. I ate very healthy first 3/4 of th day though.
9/4 - 142.4! Ok, I'm trying not to be upset. This is where I think weighing every day can be harmful. I feel like I did everything so great yesterday, yet I gained .8 oz. I measured and tracked everything single morsel/drop that I ate/drank. I ate just over 1300 kcal. I worked out very hard yesterday, I am pleasantly sore in just about every muscle of my body. I really felt like I had a near perfect day. When I saved my diary, it actually said if I kept up a day like yesterday, I'd be down to 131-something in 5 weeks.
Now, we did eat dinner late last night. About 8:30 pm as we were at church late. I did get up earlier than I normally would today and weighed as I need to take a longish nap today because I work a 12-hr shift tonight starting at 7p.
As I said, I'm trying not to be upset because otherwise I feel good this morning and am proud of my eating and workout accomplishments.
Ok, eta. Just looked at my diary and I did consume too much sodium yesterday. Probably not where I should be with my protein either. I will try to improve this today
Also I really didn't have any hunger issues yesterday.
9/5- 141.2 lbs. weighed really late because I worked last night and slept today until 6pm. Just about 8pm now and about ready to go back to bed. Lol, last night is taking me a bit to recover from. Too many mommies wanting to go into labor on Labor Day
9/6 141.2 lbs. Went over with my calorie count yesterday. And had no exercise and very little water because I slept all day.
9/7-141.8 lbs. Well , I guess my goal is just not going to happen this round. I felt like I did awesome yesterday. I worked out ate below my deficit, drank my water yet I still gained. This just goes to show you (well, at least me) that it's not just what the scale is saying. Or whatever, lol. I feel healthier and in much better shape than I have in years. TMI but I'm on the verge of TOM. So, maybe that's why the weight gain. I've never paid attention to whether or not that affects my weight. I know it does for some women but I guess I'll test it out.8 -

So the past two days I've been sick. Like so sick with some sort of flu or something. And I think I'm going to have to get some Pedilyte or something because I'm getting really dehydrated even though I'm chugging water. I haven't exercised and I've been eating healthy and hydrating foods. If this keeps up thru the weekend you best believe I'm going to the doctor. On the plus side, it might be why I've lost weight...

Omg I can't believe I've been in the 120s for a whole week. Saw my neurologist yesterday and he commented on my weight loss without me saying anything. He said I looked like a completely different person and so much younger.

8/27 147.6 ~ (Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36) ~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation,
8/28 148.8 ~ Yesterday, since I didn't get ANY exercise in plus my sodium was high, I have a gain. I didn't over eat though so my gain is only a pound. Yesterday's, was a success in my books!
8/29 148.3 ~ (Steps18,169) Miles 7 ~ I was hungry the whole day but was able to stick to my dairy, keeping my sodium low. I decided to try getting a workout before getting breakfast. Last night I had to alter my menu since my husband got off late from work. On the plus side a couple workouts during the day helped.
8/30 147.9 ~ (Steps 19,101 Miles 7.7) ~ Yesterday went well with goals, I was able to get a couple workouts at the gym. I switching up though, having my protein drink after my first workout. I need to focus on more fruits for snacks, after vacation, I'm having trouble incorporating them into my diet.
Not at my goal for this round but I'm ready for the next round!

8/31 146.4 ~ (Steps 28,910 Miles 7.75) ~ Yesterday I was able to get a couple workouts in plus a morning run.... My vacation weight is starting to drop off, only a couple more pounds..... Consistency to no late night snacking is the key
9/01 147.9 ~ (Steps 20,039 Miles 8 miles) ~ I don't understand the gain, I was able to get a nice workout last night plus my sodium wasn't to high. I also ate under my calories allowed so I'm really disappointed with the gain. I did have some watermelon last night but that shouldn't matter.
9/02 148 ~ (Steps 15,232 Miles 6) ~ We went to the Spring fair so my diet wasn't like it usually is, I was able to stay under my calorie goal, making smart choice. I also got a workout after the fair.
9/03 148.5....147.9 ~ (Steps 17,547 Miles 7) ~ Again with the gain, doing everything right, I log everything, stay within my goal, sodium is low, get my water in. I'm going to try dropping my intake to see how that works!
9/04 148 ~ (Steps 15,435 Miles 6) ~ We ended up going to dinner last night but I was able to make healthy choices, in fact taking half home for breakfast today, with such large portions
9/5 147.4 ~ (Steps 17,376 Miles 7) ~ Spent most of the day getting ready to head to my daughter's for the week. Met all my goals for the day.

People are doing so great! I'm jealous that so many are reaching their goals for this round. I definitely am not as far as weight, but I've been happy that I've been working out and have lost a pants size. Keep up the awesome work! Maybe next round I can join everyone else with an actual lb loss.5

31/8 - 163.3 *Hit steps. Packed my lunch. Great dinner. Hit calorie goal!!
1/9 - 162.3 Hitting step goals (but not too much over) Packing lunch and having a healthy dinner. Planning on a hike around the lake on the weekend.
2/9 - 160.8. I signed up for my first 5K race. Cinnamon Bun Fun Run THEY GIVE YOU A CINNAMON BUN AFTER THE RACE!!! I have 3 months to get ready and I'm pretty excited. 12,000 steps. Calorie goals hit. Close to next goal
3/9 - 160.9. 17,651 Steps. Spent a lot of my calories on beverages. It was a hot day. Spent some time with my youngest 'back to school stuff'. Sundays goal is to hike around a lake with my oldest. Fit Family time!! I spent most of August hoovering around 165lbs. Now that I'm working on my weight it seems to be dropping at a faster rate. This should be interesting. Looking for that 5!!
4/9 - 160.3 So my kid wouldn't hike with me so I had to adjust my plan. Tried to hit 40,000 steps!! I didn't make it. 38,385 beating my best by over 1600. Maybe in a couple of weeks I can try again (SO is home this weekend) I'll have to start earlier and/or it'll have to get a little cooler out. I can see the 5's in the distance.
5/9 - 160.3 Was so hot last night, should have went swimming. It's very smokey here today and an errie yellow glow with strong scent of fire. Air quality will not be the best so step goal will be interesting. Will try and walk the Big Box stores and see if I can reach my goals.
6/9 - 160.6 Hit steps but felt a little 'off' yesterday. Never put much in full moon effects but maybe with this smoke and the full moon coming its hit me. Sleep has been terrible.
7/9 - 160.1 Hmmmm SO arrives home late Friday. Can I see a 5 before that? Let's hope. All will go out the window once he's home, not too too much but he is a great cook and he does calculate my calories. I just don't think he realizes just how calorie dense olive oil is!! All I see are 5's.

Remember, if you are working out and not losing, you ARE losing fat and GAINING muscle. A pound is a pound but a pound of fat takes up more space than a pound of muscle. And when you use that muscle, you burn more fat!7

8/31 - 176.8 no change. PNE last night for the B 52 concert. No drinking. Yay me that was hard though. Everyone was drinking. Booze everywhere. I did have a few of my friends poutine fries with honey pork & pineapple though. Donuts and muffins in the kitchen today. Could not say no. :-( Not looking forward to tomorrows weigh in. Tired again today. 20 min walk at lunch completed.
9/01 - 176.6 Wow it went down instead of up. I'm surprised. PNE all day today. Tons of walking. So sore at the end of the day. Did not eat properly at all. Poutine fries and junk all day. No real meals except breakfast.
9/02 - 175 - Probably from not eating yesterday. Today I am taking my dad to bingo, and dinner so sitting is the theme today. He is in a wheelchair so I don't get to do a lot of exercising when I spend time with him. I love to visit with him though.
9/03 - 178.6 - Bad eating day yesterday. Onion rings, chinese food and Pizza and drinks.
9/04 - 178.4 - Another bad eating day yesterday and no real exercise. It was to hot the last couple of days. Need to get back on track here.
9/05 - 178.8 So hot here yesterday. I couldn't do anything. My legs and feet swell in the really hot heat. I tried to soak my feet but my foot soaker leaked everywhere. I need a new one now. :-( Eating wasn't as bad yesterday. I am at work today. There is air conditioning here and it's not as hot out. I did my walk at lunch today.
9/06 - 178.4 - That horrible bloating feeling that I have had since Sat is finally gone. I was looking into gyms last night. I can't really afford $60 a month so I found one that is $4.00 a week. It has bad hours 8 - 10pm but I don't care about going in the morning anyways. I just want to go to a class once a week and maybe an extra workout. 2 walks yesterday and stayed in my calories goal.
9/07 - 177.2 Finally starting to lose the weight from last Sat gain. Smoky here again today. So sore this morning from doing 107 squats yesterday. I feel sore all the time these days. I hate it. I think I need a new bed now.

9/05: Didn't get to weigh today! Had a doctor's appointment in Atlanta this morning (2.5 hrs. from home), but when I weighed at the dr's office, I weighed 223.8 fully dressed minus shoes! I'll take that! Ate Mrs. Winner's Chicken today! . Tomorrow is another day!
9/06: 222.4 I definitely like this number! Got my exercise in this morning! Went over my allotted calories by 28 pts. yesterday! Plan to stay on target today! I've got 3 days to reach my goal for this round!
9/07: 223.1 I have two days to make my goal of 220, but if I don't, I'm still happy with the numbers this round! Today's plan: DRINK MORE WATER! I slacked off some yesterday.

9/02 136.2 No exercise but lots of walking around a theme park
9/03 137.8 Ran for 10 miles. Yesterday was a calorie disaster. Was at a theme park with $1 days on all the junk food + Chinese food for dinner. Have planned out my meals for today and will eat some of my exercise calories and not worry about it because the 10 miler burned over a 1,000 calories.
9/04 138.6 Did a 3 hour hike with friends and family. Ate my exercise calories and even so was out of calories before dinner so I just quit eating for the day.
9/05 138.6 Ran for 3 miles. Have my meals planned out and for the day. I really feel like I'm just slowly backpedaling here as far as the weight goes.
9/06 138.2 Circuit training at the gym for 45 minutes. Stuck to my food plan yesterday until the end of the day when I noshed down on an Almond Joy, a Skor bar, and a huge slice of ice cream cake. DOH! My husband brings home bagfuls of candy all the time. And I was so hungry in the day yesterday. I think I'll have to eat some of my exercise calories to avoid binges like that.
9/07 137.2 No exercise. Just felt like a rest day for once! Yesterday I consciously tried to drink a glass of water every hour in the day. Wow, I was peeing like a race horse! I'm typically really bad about drinking water and live in a constant state of dehydration. Today I've planned my meals out. Have been busy running around doing errands so haven't felt hungry yet. Not going to meet my goal weight for this round, but I am on the right path and feeling determined.

8/31- 188.0 – Logged everything yesterday, but really have to work on getting my sweet tooth under control.
9/01- 187.8 – Met daily goal to log everything yesterday but went over my calorie goal again. At least I got some extra walking in yesterday!
9/02- 187.6 – I was surprised by today’s reading since I went way over my calorie goal yesterday- apparently it takes more than 24 hours to show up on the scale. But I met my daily goal by logging every bit of it instead of giving in my usual habit of avoidance. Tonight will be another challenge since I’m going to a party. I decided to drive myself so I won’t have more than a couple drinks.
9/03- 187.8 – My cheating is definitely catching up with me. I didn’t do a great job of keeping the snacking in check last night.
9/04- 188.2 – A Panera cobblestone did me in last night. But I’m committed to getting back on track!
9/05- 187.2 – Stayed under my calorie goal yesterday! Woo-hoo!! Though I imagine water weight has a lot more to do with the scale reading this morning. I didn’t have time to double check it, so maybe it was a fluke. I’m rapidly approaching my TOM, so this week will take a little more will-power to combat my cravings for sweet and salty. But I made a meal plan for the week, so I’m keeping up with my Round goals so far!
9/06- 188.0 – TOM came early, which explains the increase even though I stayed under my calorie goal yesterday.
9/07- 186.6 – Woo-hoo!! I checked it 3x just to be sure! Not sure if it’s a fluke, but I did stay under my calorie goal again yesterday, despite the usual cravings. I found that eating some Caramel Sea Salt Brownie Brittle satisfied both my salty and sweet cravings without busting my diet! I resisted cravings for chocolate earlier in the day because I knew I would get the good stuff that night. I still haven’t made it to the gym during this routine for various reasons excuses. Have a gym date tonight with my husband- neither of us slept well last night (damn you, allergies!) but I’m going to make a strong push for us to still go, even if it’s just for 30 min. of lighter exercise.

If you've lost a pant size you've lost fat even if the scale doesn't show it re numbers so congratulations.7
