I have mine set to 1,500 calories. It was set at 1350 (as per MFP it should have been 1,380 to lose .5lbs a week) but I didn't find it to be enough calories. I'm definitely liking the higher calorie days0 -

That is so low. Aren't you hungry?1 -
My daily MFP goal is 2487, but I usually eat between 1500 and 2000.0

I aim to net no less than 1200... sometimes I net 1400... sometimes I eat 1400, 1500 cals, other days 1800, all depends on the exercise for the day and how I feel etc I eat back all my exercise cals. Have lost 6lbs in just over a month0

Last week my net average was 1618 and my total average was 2181. I really love food.1
-
1713.. I track macros not calories though. Weight loss is small but muscle gains are decent.0

It varies. My MFP calorie goal is 1730, and I eat most of my exercise calories, sometimes exercising a lot. Sometimes I even exercise a lot after eating a lot.1

I've been eating 1480 calories/day consistently for the past month. Macros are 45%P/35%C/20%F. The last two weeks I've been much better at actually weighing my food (not just measuring-but doing that too when it applies) and I've really noticed a difference. I've also been hitting my protein goal nearly every day the past few weeks too. All that said, overall I've been losing about 0.5-1lb/week-closer to the 1lb/week mark more recently.0 -
I try for 1500 per day but am usually eating around 100 more than that. I work a physical job so on days that I work I can burn up to 750 calories.... so I allow myself more those days1

Female, 24, 5' 4", 154lbs, and want to lose 30lbs in 5 months. TDEE is 2300 right now but will go down as I lose weight.
I eat 1700 calories but don't eat back exercise calories as there's no need! Eat 2000 calories on strength days and do two 24 hour fasts during the week. Protein is 90-100g and carbs are high on strength training days. Can't function on lower calories. I also do IF so I try to eat from 12-4pm.1 -
Female, 34. I'm 5'0 and weigh 108 lbs. I would like to get to 105 and then maintain. I am currently set to lightly active and eat none of my exercise calories back because of that. MFP has me at 1300 cals a day to lose .5 lb a week.
Started at over 250 lbs 3 years ago.2 -
I'm a shortie and have a lot to lose, so 1,290. Was a 1,200 but recalculated my new weight and slower loss and went to 1,290. Sometimes I go to 1,350 and lose slower, just depends on how I'm feeling.0

39 male 6'0 , I'm on a 1lb a week loss goal currently set at 2520 Cals a day , slow and steady cut trying to maintain as much lean mass as possible, so far so good but still away to go0

33 Year Old Male, 5'6.
I've lost just under 30 pounds in 77 days averaging 2137 calories a day. Started at 194 lbs.
CrossFit 4-5x week and walking. No other cardio.
Nothing special about the diet except I try not to eat added sugar, not because I think sugar is the devil, but because those are the foods that I binge on. I still definitely have 'fun'. Key lime pie, fried clams, Shake Shack - all are in my diary.
Strength and fatigue were not an issue until I hit 170, then progress dipped. Upping calories to slowly reach TDEE for the last 5 pounds of cut.

I'm a 23y/o F, 5'5.5". When I started I was only eating about 1200 cal per day, I felt tired and sick all the time. I was only losing like .5 lbs every other week by doing that. I researched more and upped it to 1700 when I workout (30 min cardio or weightlifting) and 1500-1600 on rest days. Doing that I was at about .5 lbs per week. Now I've switched to eating whole foods and cut out alcohol and I've lost 2 pounds in the last week. I'm hoping that's just a fluke and will go back to 1 lb per week (don't want to lose too fast) while my body adjusts to eating cleaner food. I have a very sedentary job so that's why I tend to stick to the lower end of recommended calories.
