I'm really happy with the results after one month. I've been counting my calories religiously, along with weighing my food and making healthier choices. I didn't exercise at all either lol.
The picture on the right was taken a few days ago and since then I lost another 2lbs so altogether I've lost 10lbs!
I'm very proud of myself and I never thought I would make it this far, especially since I've tried dieting many times before and never lasted this long. :)
I took the picture of my bottom half since that's where I noticed the change.

Did you really not exercise at all? And how many calories were you generally eating?

Yup, no exercise at all. I only started exercising this month. My daily calorie is 1,400. Sometimes I would under-eat by 200 (not on purpose though) :)

Wowww girl!! Your 10lbs sure made a very nice noticeable difference. I have lost 13 in 40 days ,but I don't see toooo much of a noticeable difference. I do feel my clothing feel looser, and even some shirts too. I thought I saw a difference in my arms,my son noticed my arms too,but I kinda felt like it was our imagination lol. How much do you or are you trying to lose? It sure feels good when our work pays off right?! I am exercising too, though, because I want to be nice and tight, if I can help it ;) anyway good work!

    Thank you

Have you taken pictures? I think that's one of the best ways to tell a difference. If I hadn't taken pictures then I wouldn't have noticed a difference in my body lol

Overall I'm trying to lose 50lbs as my first goal, then I want to lose another 30lbs or so. I have a loooong way to go lol. So from 208 > 120lbs

It does feel good knowing that eating healthy is paying off. Congrats on your weight loss too, keep it up!

What was u eating Bailey so I can eat the same

For breakfast I pretty much always have lots of fruit with coffee
For lunch I'll have some toast with more fruit or maybe a healthy sandwich
For dinner I'll eat whatever as long as it's not too many calories.

I really hate salad so I don't eat much of that lol

Wow you are very motivating. Thank you for sharing. How many calories are you eating per day. It looks like you lost way more than 8lbs. I want to follow your steps. Keep up the great work. Take measurements to see the difference every 10lbs.

Great start! Just don't get discouraged when things slow down a bit. Just keep it going!

I read somewhere that if you wanted to lose weight you should eat all your food standing naked in front of a mirror

Must be the strength-balancing exercises from holding your plate at stomach level with your knee while trying to cut pieces with a fork and a knife. I have to agree that skin has better grip than clothes, but the eating pose feels to me like a choking hazard. :p

Great job. It shows you work hard. I always thought I needed to workout to get those results. But you showed me that just eating right will help me.
