    Am I the only person that gained this week? I know it's water weight because on Friday I was 5lbs less than today. It's still frustrating

    I gained about half a pound. I had a wedding this weekend and some family dinners and a date night with the husband, so I didn't watch my food intake hardly at all. :(

    Today I am 4.5 lbs lighter than yesterday. Crazy
