My goal by November 11th (the day I leave for a week long All Inclusive Trip to Cancun is 148lbs. Still eating at a deficit and keeping up with my weight routine. I guess I just have to be patient.
This weekend is my first "free" weekend since July 31st. Spending a weekend away in a place where you basically trip over wine walking down the street...so, the plan is to keep making sure my portions are on point but being relaxed with things a bit. Being that I still have 2 months to recover, I'm thinking I can afford to be a bit less strict.
