Need to gain weight

I'm struggling to gain weight i weigh 63 and I'm 6'1 i eat more than my required calories but still am having problems I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips or tell me if I'm doing anything wrong

Hi!
In order to gain weight, I would suggest you to carry weights step by step and eat according to the amount of weight you've being lifting.
Gaining weight doesn't happen in a single night. It takes time. So be patient, eat healthy, don't rely on processed foods, have good amount of organic foods and rest. It'll all come good within a month.

I ate a lot of nuts, homemade fat shakes with peanut butter, chocolate spread bananas etc etc for 8 weeks plus food 4500/5000kcals a day put a stone on. Now on 3000kcals not really losing the weight0

If you aren't gaining, you need to eat more. What sorts of things are you eating, and how many calories?0

I hadn't thought of that! I should've put a stone in my pocket at my weight in!0 -
