T25 and Running

Hi everyone, I've completed all three rounds of T25. I am now doing Gamma pure strength hybrid. I'm also training to run for a 5K. Do you think replacing Speed 3.0 with my run (up to 2 miles without stopping, yay!) is acceptable? Those videos still kicked my booty and were challenging, but so is running at this point. I just wanted to make sure I'm not cheating myself somehow! Today, being Friday, my plan is to go on my run then come inside and do just one video instead of two. That way I'm still getting the double workout in. That's my hope anyways!
