We've decided to have a little challenge to keep you motivated this week:
25 Miles! Walk it, run it, hike it, or bike it! However you choose to move it, get it moved a whole 25 miles by next Monday's weigh-in!!

I'm going to log my milage but I'm not aiming for the 25 miles this week, its just to unrealistic for me. I'm going to stick with my 5K training plan that I already have in place for myself.

Well, I walked a mile this morning with the dog.
I feel I may have an unfair advantage if biking is included because I bike 10 miles a day 3-4x a week (weather dependent) because I bike to and from work. I hate paying 4 dollars a day for parking.0 -
I don't think if I'll be able to do it...I work all day and I'm lucky to be able to squeeze in a video exercise at night. On the weekends I sometimes get to walk/run. I do two miles.

Sadly, I am just barely able to do a mile a day... So aiming for 7 miles instead of 25 is more realistic for me.0

Well I added biking as well so that it would be more realistic, but if you don't want to participate, obviously you don't have to.
It's just something to aim for.

I've biked 5 miles today and will bike another 5 to get home from work!
I also took the dog for a mile walk.
I think personally I will try to get 10 non-biking miles in...

Mine is on page 1, but I guess it was missed. My starting weight was 283.5 lbs.0 -
Soo for the weekly challenge, I ran 1.58miles today bringing my total to around 3miles for the week!!
How are you ladies feeling about this week? I know today that I had a very bad food day :ohwell: but I am hoping to make up for it this weekend!! Hopefully I come out of this weekend with a loss!!!0
